- Воспитательные – привитие интереса к изучению английского языка, культуры страны изучаемого языка.
- Развивающие – развитие навыков письма, говорения, аудирования , чтения.

- This holiday is my first choice, because we get presents. Mum always makes Christmas pudding, it is very tasty. Dad decorate the house and the Christmas tree. Jay and I hang greetings cards on the wall and hang stockings at the end of our beds.

- Past Progressive употребляется для выражения действия , которое происходило в определенный момент или в течении какого-то периода в прошлом
- Образуется : was/were V+ ing
- Момент или период совершения действия может быть обозначен следующими указателями времени:at 11 o clock, all day long, all night, all week.
Утвердительная форма
- I was reading a book all evening yesterday.

Отрицательная форма образуется с помощью частицы NOT, которая ставится после вспомогательного глагола.

В вопросительной форме вспомогательный глагол TO BE ставится перед подлежащим
