Тема урока: «Экологические проблемы по радио»

Форма урока: урок обобщения и систематизации знаний

Цель урока:

совершенствование коммуникативной компетенции учащихся по теме «Экологические проблемы по радио».

Задачи:

Образовательные

  • Применить на практике лексику по изученной теме.

  • Закрепить лексико-грамматические навыки в контексте «Экологические проблемы по радио»

  • Тренировать навыки письменной речи.

Развивающие

  • Развивать умение учащихся работать с информацией, а именно извлечь информацию из услышанного или увиденного.

  • Формировать способность к языковой догадке, сравнению и формулированию выводов.

   Воспитательные

  • Прививать чувство уважения и бережного отношения  к окружающей среде.

  • Воспитывать у учащихся активную жизненную позицию.

Оборудование к уроку

1.Раздаточный материал (карточки с лексическими единицами, карточки с грамматическим заданием)

Ход урока.

  1. Приветствие и оргмомент (1 мин)

Good morning class! I’m glad to see you!

  1. Речевая разминка(5 мин)

Look at the blackboard. At first, read tongue-twisters to oneself.

Now who wants to read one tongue-twister aloud? Ok. Not bad.

Lets read it together! Very good!

Three gray geese in the green grass grazing.

How do you think, why are some words underlined? Maybe they belong to one topic…

Yes! All words relate to nature and our environment.

But I choose exactly tongue-twisters for start our lesson…Why? How is tongue twisters related with jobs?

Tongue twisters need not only pupils but for newscaster (телекомментатор) and radiobroadcaster. So topic today lesson is ECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS ON THE RADIO.

We shall learn about ecological situation in Bryansk from the radio programme, discuss some ways to save our city and planet.


  1. Повторение лексики по теме (7 мин)

There are cards with words on your desks. Lets read and translate underlined words.

Now you have 5 min for making sentences. You must use all cards.

Now we shall listen a programme and then answer the questions.

  1. What is about this programme? (ecological problems of Bryansk)

  2. Who tells about ecological situation? (scientist ecologist)

  3. What problems are there in Bryansk region? (water pollution)

  4. What decisions does scientist ecologist offer? (Government should take comprehensive measures to improve the environmental situation in Bryansk and in the whole region. Environmental management can help reduce air, soil, and water pollution. Also It is necessary to increase the territory of parks and forests.
    Modernization and construction of new recycling centres are important for our environment)


-Good morning, dear listeners. Today we would like to talk about ecology in our region. We invited scientist ecologist in our studio, who will tell us in detail what problems there are in nature. 

-Bryansk has never held a leading position in the ranking of Russian cities for their ecological status. Bryansk consists of several districts. The most environmentally friendly area is the Volodarsky District (Volodarka). There are no productions here, only a brewery. Рure artesian well water flows to the flats and houses through water pipes. As for the other three districts, they have heavy traffic problems. There are also large plants and factories that use the water from the Desna river.

It should be noted, that the territory of Bryansk region is covered with an extensive network of rivers. There are 125 of them, the total length is 9 thousand kilometers.

Sewage is the main water pollution factor in our region. So, the river water is extremely contaminated

A major role in the pollution of water resources is played by factories- 60% of all pollution. Sewage is practically not cleaned before entering rivers and lakes. It contains organic pollutants, suspended solids, and petroleum products.

Government should take comprehensive measures to improve the environmental situation in Bryansk and in the whole region. Environmental management can help reduce air, soil, and water pollution. Also It is necessary to increase the territory of parks and forests.
Modernization and construction of new recycling centres are important for our environment.
