Употребляется:
- после глаголов;
- существительных;
- прилагательных

I want to go home at once.
Употребляется после глаголов:
agree, forget, manage, refuse, learn, afford, promise, hope, offer
He promised not to be late .
N+V to.
This is the film to see .
(Вот фильм, который надо посмотреть).
Who was the first man to fly into space?
John will be the last person to know it.
